Class is open to anyone of 14 years of age or older. Your uniform or clothing should be clean and neat with no large graphics or slogans. If you do not have a martial arts uniform, long pants and a durable top/shirt are recommended (especially for new students).
Practice will be conducted on the mat. No shoes should be worn on the mat, and they should be removed before stepping onto the practice space. When entering and leaving the mat it is customary to bow before stepping on the mat, and before stepping off.
Loose or protruding jewelry should not be worn on the mat or during practice. The dojo should be kept neat and clean.
Visitors and guests are welcome to observe class, but must remain in the designated practice area. Participation in class is not allowed without a signed waiver of liability.
Club Dues*
$40.00 a month, or $100.00 for 3 months (paid quarterly) cash or check accepted.
*The Wisconsin Sport Aikido Club is not a comercial studio. Club dues are a suggested donation for the purpose of covering general operational costs related to insurance, practice space, and equipment upkeep.
A waiver of liability and injury will be required to be signed by all participates or their legal guardian.

Fanning Sensei began Aikido in 1998 at the South Shore YMCA in Cudahy Wisconsin under the his instructor Mark Bartram.
In addition to Aikido, Fanning Sensei has studied Judo, Jujitsu, Taekwondo, and Escrima. His dedication to Aikido has lead him to
create the Wisconsin Sport Aikido Club to further the art and community participation. Fanning Sensei holds the rank of San-Dan
(3rd Degree Black Belt) in Tomiki Aikido.
Gaudynski Sensei has trained and obtained the rank of Go-Dan (5th Degree Black Belt) in Tomiki Aikido. He has also trained in Okinowan Shorin Ryu Karate and Kobudo, achieving the rank of 3rd dan and 1st dan respectively, while studying under Phillip Saur of Ki Mind and Body/Yamashita Systems. Gaudynski Sensei has also studied Judo for a number of years and has had the honor to train with the students of Waseda University, Tomiki Sensei’s original school while visiting Japan in 2009.
Gaudynski Sensei began his study of Tomiki Aikido under Mark Bartram at the South Shore YMCA in 1991.
He has obtained the rank of Go-Dan (5th Degree Black Belt) in Tomiki Aikido. He has also trained in Okinowan Shorin Ryu Karate and Kobudo, achieving the rank of 3rd dan and 1st dan respectively, while studying under Phillip Saur of Ki Mind and Body/Yamashita Systems.
In addition he has spent a number of years training in Kodakan Judo.
